Free Registration to the District Conference!
As co-hosts to the District Conference on April 18, DG Dale has asked our members to be Sergeant At Arms helpers and help with a variety of positions. Robin has the sign up for 11 members to help that day. BONUS! If you sign up to help, and register for the conference, our club will reimburse you the $99 fee. Pay when you register and submit the onfirmation to Clinton for reimbursement. If you want to attend the optional Blue Rocks game, that will be on you. Go to DACdb, log in, District Events and Calendar, scroll to April 18, register for district conference, and get a confirmation.
It’s rare to have the district conference in our backyard and not have to pay hotel costs, so let’s be there and see what our clubs have been doing, hear from inspring speakers, and participate in one of four fun service projects. See Robin if you have any questions.
How much have you donated to The Rotary Foundation?
Your contributions to The Rotary Foundation from your first dollar on can be found in your personal file on the Rotary website. Follow these directions and learn your total amount.
www.rotary.org
My Rotary (sign in)
Click on your name in Upper right hand corner
Your history will be there. You can also update your profile and make an additional donation or sign up for Rotary Direct.
If this is the first time you signed into My Rotary and don’t have a password, ask Robin for your RI# and you will use that for the first sign in. After that you can change to your own password.
Discover Rotaract
The UD Rotaract members will hold their first Discover Rotaract meeting at the ELI Hub on March 5, 6 p.m. Spread the word! The original 6 members will also be pinned that evening.  They are planning their first service projects and will share them in our bulletin. Stay tuned.
Discover Rotary
Who do you know that would make an excellent Rotarian? Doctor, co-worker, friend, accountant, attorney, business owner, veterinarian, golf or pickleball partner, neighbor, or another volunteer. Don’t judge wether or not they are interested or available. Just give their name and contact info to Paul and they will get an invitation to the next Discover Rotary on March 25.
Report Deadline
March 12 is the deadline for reserving ad space in the 2026 Report to the Community. With a goal of $45,000, we need some new advertisers. Check your “rolodex”, hit the phones, and find at least one new advertiser. All forms and info are online at nmrde.org.  FYI, the back inside page is still available!
Bio for Report
All members: our bios in the 2026 Report to the Community will be updated to be uniform length and font to fit our 1/8 page spots. Robin will email each of you with a sample. Please respond quickly. Also, if you did not get an updated photo taken, let her know or submit a jpg to her.
Nominations Now Being Accepted
Our club has always been successful in having a long line of succession of leadership. Some clubs do not have a president elect until right before the new Rotary year begins in July. The Nomination committee (Robin, Shawn, and Don) are now accepting nominations for 2nd. vice president in 2026-27 (becoming club president in July 2029). If you want to be considered, please see Robin for more info.
