Weekly Bulletin Oct. 15, 2020

October 15, 2020 Rotary Opens Opportunities!
All club meetings will be conducted via Zoom until further notice. Please contact Robin at rbroomall@usa.net if you did not receive the Zoom link for this week’s meeting. Please do not share our Zoom meeting link with anyone unless you want them specifically invited to the meeting.

Happy/Crappy Dollars? We are still accepting them weekly, but you need to keep track of them and pay up when we meet again in person. Remember the Four Way Test???

Silent Auction up and Running!

Do your Christmas shopping early while the bargains are plentiful. Our annual Silent Auction will take a different turn this year with all bidding being done online. Go to this link to see what is available and make your bid. But don’t be complacent and think you won the item – keep an eye on your item and keep bidding higher. That will encourage others to up their bids, too.

If you have an item (new item, handmade, craft, service, or gift card) to donate, send a picture or description and starting bid to Michael Luck at mykluck@gmail.com. The more items we have, the more fun we will have raising money for PolioPlus. Let’s make a goal of EVERY member making a contribution.

Volunteering at the Food Bank

Follow these instructions for volunteering at the Food Bank. All volunteers must pre-register:

https://fbd.volunteerhub.com/userregistrationwizard/usernamepassword

Additional instructions will be sent in a separate email.

Strategic Plan Committee will meet immediately following this regular meeting. PE Joyce Henderson will lead this committee.

Where is your BUDDY?

Have you made contact with your buddy this week? He/She might by waiting for your call or email. Be forewarned that Sgt. At Arms might be asking why your buddy is not on our next Zoom meeting. Fines are coming!
