Monthly Program chairs needed for 2021-2022. Please respond to Anthony Santoro if you would like to chair one month of programs from November 2021 thru July 2022 (March 2022 is already taken). Contact Anthony at anthony@diamondstatephotography.com. He will have the  monthly schedule and outline of duties.

Everyone is a Leader:

Take the opportunity to sign up to chair or co-chair an activity or event for our club for the next Rotary year. Tom Minto is looking for EVERYONE to participate in leadership roles. Being a chair does  not mean you do all the work. You are just expected to coordinate the activity, solicit volunteers, oversee the activity, and report back to Tom.

NMR Cornhole Tournament at Newark Community Day Sept. 19, 2021! $20 Registration per team.
Join Us for fun and games as we compete in this Cornhole Tournament at Newark Community Day. The tournament is $20/ team, double elimination and prizes for the top 2 teams. Net proceeds go to Rotary International’s Polio Plus program, fighting Polio and the pandemic globally. Register at https://raise.rotary.org/NewarkMorningRotary/celebration2.
Next Business Program Scheduled
The next 10-week Business Plan Course is scheduled to start on September 14th.  You may recall that the program is presented in partnership with the Newark Branch NAACP and Women’s Business Center.  If someone is thinking about starting a business or has an existing business and you believe they could benefit from this exciting program, please feel free to share the program information with them.  All are welcome.  You can also refer interested participants to Clinton Tymes at 302-652-6774 ext. 117 or by email at:   ctymes@trueaccesscapital.org. (Brochure will be emailed to everyone)
Looking for Sponsors:
One way to boost our Flags For Heroes income is to secure sponsors. Polly Sierer is looking for businesses or individuals who would like to support our activities and be Flags For Heroes Sponsors at the $10,000, $5,000, $2,500, $1,000, $500, and $250 levels. Each level will be acknowledged on our website and social media,  have logo on banner at flag time, receive medallions for flags, and higher levels will receive additional ad space in our Report. See Polly if you, your business, or an acquaintance is interested.
