Birthday Boxes packed and delivered
Thanks to our members attending last week, we packed 50 birthday boxes for recipients of Meals on Wheels out of Newark Senior Center. They were delivered to the center on Friday and will be sent to individuals on the birthdays. Stephanie, coordinator of MOW, says she gets many thank you’s throughout the year.
Wishing former members success in their new Rotary venture
Over the past six months, several members and former members of our club worked to form a new Rotary club in Newark. The club, to be named Newark STAR Rotary Club, will have their charter celebration on Tuesday, March 14 at 6 p.m. in the atrium of STAR building. We wish them well in their endeavor to serve the community in the spirit of Rotary.

Thought for the Week:
