WELCOME OUR NEWEST MEMBER, LYNN MEY!

Disaster Relief – Ukraine

WOW! Our membership voted to donate $10,000 to Disaster Aid USA for Ukraine relief. The money will be specifically earmarked for Ukraine and is being spent on specific immediate needs of the people, both those who are refugees into Poland and those still remaining in Ukraine.

Robin just received news that the 100 stuffed animals she made have been shipped by Disaster Aid USA to a Rotary club in Warsaw for distribution to refugee children and those in orphanages.

If you want to make a personal donation, you can do through The Rotary Foundation at rotary.org under the link specifically for Ukraine disaster. OR you can donate through Disaster Aid USA, run by Rotarians with headquarters in our district. This is a Rotary sponsored organization. They are in direct contact with Disaster Aid International and their contacts in Poland and Ukraine to determine immediate needs. You can donate through their website at disasteraidusa.org.
